Refunds

Replacement returns are individually handled for any items that are damaged during shipment, provided you contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. Please call (401)578-4149 or email us at itiswhatitiscandleshop@gmail.com for further direction. You will need proof of shipping damage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
