Shipping policy
Order preparation
Regular candles and wax melts that are available to order can be made to order and ship within 3 business days. Sold-out holiday and limited-edition items remain unavailable until restocked. This is preparation time before shipment, not the delivery time. Custom orders may have a separate lead time, which we will confirm when discussing your request.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Carrier delivery times can vary.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available only to addresses in Johnston, Rhode Island, ZIP code 02919. Delivery is $10 for orders under $30 and free for orders of $30 or more. Customers outside 02919 can choose regular shipping. In-stock orders are generally ready for local delivery within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order candles require preparation first. We will contact you to schedule delivery.
