Regular candles and wax melts that are available to order can be made to order and ship within 3 business days. Sold-out holiday and limited-edition items remain unavailable until restocked. Carrier transit time is additional. Custom designs may have a separate lead time.

Return and exchange requests are reviewed case by case. Candles generally need to be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Contact us before returning anything.

Candle care & safety

Our dessert-inspired candles and wax melts are not edible. Keep them away from children and pets.

For candles: follow the safety label, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, and use a stable, heat-resistant surface away from drafts and anything flammable. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Let the wax cool completely before moving it.

For wax melts: use a suitable wax warmer and follow its instructions. Never add water to hot wax.
